"I love this recipe. It's so easy & tasty. Today I used up some greens that were going to go bad if I didn't use them soon. I used them as a substitute for the 1/2 of spinach that goes in the food processor. A little extra salt/pepper & it was just as good. I've added rotisserie chicken for some protein too. So yummy."

"This was so good! Typical of Giada, this was very flavorful. To save time, I used a store bought whole wheat pizza crust and it worked fine. I had a lot of extra sauce but that's possibly because my pizza crust was smaller than what would have been created if I'd done the one in the recipe. I might just have to make it again tomorrow night so I"
I could always cook but I never enjoyed it. This changed one late night a couple of years ago when I was watching Giada on the Food Network & thought I can do that. I made her halibut with mint & pea salad & now I am hooked. I find cooking very relaxing and my long time friends & family still laugh when they hear me say that I enjoy it as much as I do.
I love dessert. However, I have plenty of recipes for desserts so now I look for delicious recipes for dinner.
