Reviewed Sausage, Sage and Chestnut Dressing
"I made this recipe for Christmas dinner, without any changes, and it was superb. I had never roasted chestnuts before, and found that peeling them was a bit more challenging than expected. The only change that I will make next time is to use 1 lb of Italian sausage as opposed to 1.5. The bread was so beautifully flavored that it needn't be overpowered by quite so much sausgage. Highly recommend this recipe!
