Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

Quite simply the best thing I ever ate (& made). Recommend fitting a foil guard on the turkey breast before putting it the oven. Then if the breast starts to get too brown you can just place the pre-fitted foil onto the breast thus not burning yourself.
