I could not get fresh sage so I used dried, otherwise I followed the recipe exactly as written. It was quite good and I will make it again. I did find the cooking time was not enough, I cooked them another 4 to 5 minutes. Good all around flavor."

Follow this recipe exactly as written and you can't go wrong. Really good especially if you have bread to mop up with. After following the recipe I switched out different fish the next time. You can mix and match fish/shellfish any way you want it always comes out great.
