"My pudding came out nice and creamy. I let my milk come to a slight bubble before adding the cornstarch/sugar mixture and then whisked it for about 3 minutes to insure that the dry ingredients were nicely incorporated. Instead of cinnamon, I added a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa so it was a mocha pudding. I had no idea how easy it was to make"
