"Very easy and simply delicious! I think it would be lacking in flavor if you follow the recipe exactly but throw in some garlic, cumin and curry powder (makes it more eastern than italian ) and it's a sure hit!!"

"Absolutely delicious! Authentic Indian lentil recipe and very simple. I never learned how to cook daal from my mom so thank you for showing me Aarti! I substituted the paprika/turmeric part of the "bagaar" with my favorite curry powder and it tasted wonderful!

Reviewed I Ain't Chicken Chicken: Crispy Roasted Chicken Breasts with Orange and Cardamom

"I can't comment personally on the taste of this dish since I don't eat meat, but I did cook it for my fiancee and his family and they all seemed to enjoy it. I did tweak the recipe a bit and added more salt and also marinaded the chicken in the spices instead of just stuffing them under the skin so maybe this gave it more flavor?
