Delicious! Exactly what I felt like for dinner tonight but was too lazy to go out for! I only used about two tablespoons of the capers and juice though because I thought a whole bottle would be too salty. It was perfect!

Awesome! I used a fresh peach and some blueberries and served it with vanilla Greek frozen yogurt! It was so delicious! I thought the portion was a little big though, so I wil cut it in half next time. I will try this with different frutis throughout the seasons!

Just Lovely!! I made these along side Bobby Flay's prime rib which is also fabulous on Christmas Eve! I cut the recipe in half for a smaller crowd. I also cooked them at the same temp as the prime rib but for a longer time. This is going in my files for Chrismas Eve every year now!
