Tastewise, it was ok, but it was not firm at all. The oats did nothing for it, would definitely use bread crumbs if I were to try it again. I did use a mixture of beef, pork and veal instead of just all beef. I think that helped give it more flavor. The topping was very good and think that helped also, but I think maybe it called for too much toma"
