"Super tasty! Will def make again. The zest does give it a bitterness, but I like that. "
Reviewed Quickie Quinoa Salad
"It was really easy to make and super tasty! I cant believe how good it was actually. I used regular cucumbers instead of english. The toasted pine nuts made all the difference, so dont skip those; they add a richness to the dish that was much needed. I used regular olive oil and then just squeezed lemon over it instead of infusing it into the "

"I like sugary sugar cookies and these were not very sweet at all. I'm surprised that these have a 5 star rating?? Next time, I would add at least a 1/2 cup more sugar. They are chewy though, which is nice!""

"You will not regret making this dish! It is so good. MY SUGGESTIONS: Use extra cheese, cook COVERED for 45 minutes not uncovered, make it the day before, layer the potatoes, cut the potatoes evenly and not too thick. This recipe is so easy. I made it with my husband and he helped layer the potatoes for me and he also grated the cheese. Its a""
Reviewed Mini Beef Wellingtons
"Delicious, easy, and fun to make. I agree with others, just don't overcook the meat and you will be fine. Ours was tender, not overcooked. I cooked my cubed beef for only a minute on each side. Also, keep an eye on the pastry in the oven; ours cooked in less than 20 minutes. I used Filet Mignon instead of beef tenderloin, which is cheaper and""
Reviewed Sausage Brioche Dressing
"I would give this recipe more stars if possible. The sage was strong, but perfect for my taste. I like strong flavors and this dish did not disaapoint. TIP: The recipe calles for salt & pepper bt it didnt need it; the sausage makes it salty enough (and i really like salty foods!). ALSO - I only used 3 cups of stock ad it was neither too soggy or too dry. I cooked it the night before (all the way) and then reheated it thankiving day again fot 20minutes. It was perfect and i'll make this every year! Maybe nextyear I'll add onions for fun.
