Really delicious. The cherry tomatoes just have so much flavour when they are cooked. I actually had the opportunity to watch this episode and while Giada was preparing this dish she made the comment that this dish would also make great breakfast food. Next time I make it I am going to add some sausage meat to it and give it a go. "

This is really an excellent dish. Like another reader I didn't have swordfish either, but as I was looking at it I thought it would go well with pork chops. It does!! Both myself and my family loved it - including my 2 yr old grandson. Thanks Ina."

If your not a great lover of fish, this could be the recipe for you due to the very mild flavour of halibut. As for me, I actually enjoy eating fish and so I found this to be quite bland even though I left the fish marinating for about 90 minutes. As for the peas, I wasn't overly crazy about the mint despite the fact that I always hear peas and mint...
