Reviewed Cowboy Breakfast Sandwiches

"This breakfast sandwich "hit the spot". Absolutely delicious. I did not have the jalapeno, so I used colby-pepperjack cheese slices instead. You could also use pepperjack cheese slices as your cheese of choice and not use the jalapeno slices. This will become part of my breakfast rotation. ""

"Absolutely delicious! I loved the grits with the parmesan, so tasty! I did change the method of cooking the shrimp, because when I cook shrimp on the stovetop, I usually over cook them. So, I baked mine in the oven. I melted the butter for the shrimp and added the chopped garlic and cayenne, along with some salt and pepper and the lemon juice and poured it over the raw shrimp. I then put all of this on a foil lined baking sheet and I then baked the shrimp in the oven at 400 degrees. My shrimp were done in 8 minutes. I then put the shrimp and all the juices from the baking pan into a bowl and served along side the grits. Simple to make and very delicious. "
