Yummy! Loved these & so did everyone else at my Christmas brunch. I doubled the recipe but added 3 extra clementines & cut the sugar by half a cup. I have shared the recipe a number of times & will be making again on Christmas Eve. The only other change I will make is to freeze cranberries as a garnish instead of clementine slice."

This recipe is fabulous. The sauce is light and full of flavor. I used shrimp, scallops & lump crabmeat instead of clams & will absolutely be making it again. Giada's recipes rarely disappoint. This is a keeper."

I made this but used a vidalia onion instead of scallions and added a few dashes each of hot sauce and worchestershire. It was very tasty. I will try it again with sqeezed dry, chopped spinach and another cheese instead of mozzarella because it is so mild tasting. "

These are very tastey. I had to make few adjustments. The topping needs to be at least doubled. Also, I only used half the salt, and I still get some of the salty sweet taste. I am curious to see how these taste tomorrow. I tried them fresh from the oven.
