i liked this dish, and i will be making it again. i did not use the vodka, and it tasted fine to me without it. i definitely think that the key to this recipe is marinating for 24 hours, and then wiping off the chicken before it goes on the grill. the vinagarette should also be of good quality. this meal would be great for the springtime, with...
