"So delicious! I'm not one to change recipes the first time - I trust the experts. However, I didn't have a shallot or raspberry preserves, so instead used onion and apricot preserves and it was still amazingly good. I'm not even a big fan of cumin, but it works so well with pork and especially well here with the sweet/tartness of the pomegranat"
