Reviewed Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread
"This turned out great - very moist, rich, cheesy and delicious, with a little zing from the jalapenos. I thought that two sticks of butter sounded excessive with all that cheese, so I only used one. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. It's a keeper!"

Love to cook for people. If I'm alone, it's a baked potato. Known as the Dessert Queen. Usually follow recipes exactly the first time around. Believe in all good things in moderation. Do not try to pass off watermelon as dessert. My daughter has convinced me to eat only meat from animals that have been humanely raised. I eat less of it, and I feel better.
