I make this dish often, though I do add at least 1 1/2 cups chicken broth and 1 tsp bouillin ( I like Better Than Bouillon reduced salt chicken flavor). This way you have more sauce to put over pasta and it mellows the lemon to the right balance of tart and savory. Everyone loves this dish!!!"
