"I thought, overall, the flavor of this cupcake was very good. It reminds me of a spice cake or pumpkin bread. The frosting was light and delicious and the caramel cider reduction made it taste so good. And they're really lovely looking cupcakes too! Mine looked just like the ones on Cupcake Wars. It is fairly involved, so give yourself enough time. I also think the baking time recommended is too long. I would test them at around 18 mins. I would definitely make these cupcakes again. "
