"I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly! I did have to extend the bake time to about 1 hour 20 minutes--my potatoes were on the large side, plus I live at high altitude, so I have to cook just about everything longer. Like other reviewers, my husband and I ate absolutely every bite. After trying this, I will never stick a potato"
