This is one of my go-to recipes when I want to impress! It's totally worth the prep and time. I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts, add more peppers and tomatoes and switch out capers for black olives (I'm not a fan of capers). The sauce is good enough to drink so I always serve with crusty bread for dipping! "

Reviewed Avocado Hummus with Crispy Pita Chips

I made this hummus, along with two others, for a wine tasting party. It went fast! It was so easy, so refreshing, and a unique twist to hummus. No need to change or alter the recipe, it's perfect as is. I served it with Stacy's pita chips and fresh veggies. The only thing I may try next time is adding some fresh jalepeno--I like spicy.
