"Delicious! I was looking for a recipe without so much sugar and this is great! My changes:
* Swapped out 1/2 of the oil for applesauce
* Swapped out 1/2 of the white sugar for brown sugar
* Squeezed out most of water from zucchini, but not all
* Used the orange zest...yum! Don't skip this!
* Made the glaze with orange juice (that I zested)"
