Reviewed Garlic Halibut with Tomato-Caper Bruschetta

I made this for our family dinner on Sunday and everyone loved it. I used basa (similar to tilapia) but kept everything else the same. Although I had also watched the episode so I only marinated for 20 minutes, if that since I was using a pretty delicate fish. Don't skip the bruschetta. That was the hit of the evening."
