Reviewed Peaches with Balsamic Vinegar and Black Pepper

This is one of my favorite peach recipes- so simple, yet elegant and has that WOW factor you want from dinner guests. I serve it in cute little glasses to highlight the beautiful colors of the peaches and balsamic. I don't use sugar (our washington peaches don't need it) and I use AGED balsamic for that extra flavor that makes everyone say Mmmm...

Reviewed Toasted Spiced Ham Drizzled in Honey

Made this for Easter 2011- it was a great twist on the traditional ham. It certainly gave the house an amazing aroma that was perfect for the holidays. I added 2 cups of water to the bottom to ensure that the ham wouldn't dry out... but next time I think I'll use coke instead of water because I think the spice and a little more sweet would be fa"
