"This is one of my favorite peach recipes- so simple, yet elegant and has that WOW factor you want from dinner guests. I serve it in cute little glasses to highlight the beautiful colors of the peaches and balsamic. I don't use sugar (our washington peaches don't need it) and I use AGED balsamic for that extra flavor that makes everyone say Mmmmm""
