"Now this is the second recipe I have tried for pulled pork done in the oven. Both were equally disappointing. The taste was good but it didn't pull apart and also it was done after about 4 hours. Maybe it's my oven? "
Well, My darling wife and I live on a sailboat in Toronto Ontario with our little boy Owen.
Our hobbys other than sailing and being in the great out doors is cooking with a side of good wine..I feel that my specialty is meat, even worked at a butcher shop for a spell to learn as much as I could.
I love Prime Ribs, Top Sirloin Roast, Chuck Roast and a really thick Striplion.
