This recipe turns out perfect every time! I make it just as the recipe dictates except I don't like using the coffee in the frosting. I just add a little extra vanilla in the frosting and it's delicious."

Delicious! This was my first attempt at an angel food cake and it turned out perfect. My boyfriend was doubtful as my tube pan is a bit on the small side and doesn't have a removable bottom. The cake puffed several inches over the top as a result of the small pan but it came out with no problem. "

I inserted a thermometer to check the internal temperature, and they were perfect. The texture of the cake is perfect and the frosting is just the right amount of swee"
