Reviewed Roasted Chicken with Balsamic Vinaigrette

The recipe says to marinate for at least 2 hours but is best overnight. I only had 2 hours available and didn't think the chicken had much flavor. I would try again but only if I could marinate overnight. It was a beautiful presentation, but disappointed that it didn't taste as good as it looked. ""
