Reviewed Mexican Brisket and Biscuits

"WARNING!!!!!! TOO MUCH SALT!!!!!!
This is a really good recipe, but whoever wrote 1/3 cup of salt on it was crazy. I like salty foods but this was on the verge of being totally ruined because of salt. and I paid over $30.00 for the brisket so it was too expensive to toss in the trash. I will make this again for sure...in a few months when I am no"

"OMG! This is so good. I did a test run of the risotto without the pumpkin and it was wonderful. Today, I made it with the pumpkins. Boy it is so good! Though I did not use duck, I couldn't find one anywhere. So I used chicken thighs. I was leary about the pumpkin seed garnish, but they are really good! I didn't quite make the recipe exactly, (neve""

Reviewed Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Pork Chop with Cider Gravy, Sauteed Apples and Onions

"I made her All Day Pork Roast with Spicy Apple Chutney from her Week in a Day Show. It is alot like this but SOOOO much better. I couldn't find a place to rate that recipe. but if your thinking about this one but want to use a pork roast and have it be really over the top good, then try it. Rach, I gotta tell ya, I wasn't sure when I read the recipe but I am always up for new flavors. The Fennel seed on the roast really made a difference. I didn't expect to love it but I do! And adding hot peppers to the onions and apples to make chutney! OMG it is so good. I didn't make the citrus sweet potatoes. I made classic white mashed, but I took the veg and garlic I roasted the meat on and I puree them and made an insane sauce. I used it to paint a swipe on the plate, like they do in restaurants. It was beautiful and so tasty! I love you Rach!!!!!"
