My Activity

Reviewed Apple Coleslaw

"I used a bag of coleslaw to make this quicker, I also was cooking for 2 so I used half the bag and only 1 apple. I cut the dressing ingredients in half and it was a wonderful side dish to our BBQ pork chops! Highly recommend!"

Reviewed Italian Chicken and Vegetable Soup

"Very Tasty! It was my first attempt using my new dutch oven, what a great way to break it in! It was so simple, inexpensive ingredients and so healthy! My hubby doesn't like chunky tomatoes but he even liked the soup. I imagine it will taste even better tomorrow for lunch! I followed the directions exactly except I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, italian seasoning and just a touch of poultry seasoning. I also added garlic with the onions and tossed in a bay leaf while it was simmering. Will make again! Thanks Paula!

Reviewed Potato Poblano Soup

"Super tasty!! Easy to make! I peeled my potatoes and feel that helped the texture. When I make it again I will double the recipe so that the prep work is worth the effort and I have some delicious leftovers for another day!
