Reviewed French Apple Tart

The tart is delicious. I did have a problem with the sugar burning on my pan. Next time instead of parchment paper I will us Reynolds wrap pan liner. I did not have apricot preserves so I brushed caramel ice cream topping on the tart instead and that worked out great."
