Delicious! Doubled the sauce and mushrooms.
As for cooking with any alcohol. Only use what you would drink! Go to a liquor store and buy good quality alcohol. If you buy crap your food will taste as such. The alcohol burns off and you are left with beautiful flavores from good quality alcohol. If you don't know what to buy, ask the owner...

I have to say that the recipe on line varies completely from the video. For that reason I gave it 4 Stars. I followed the video and added the 4 large organic eggs, 3 ounces of extra thin sliced pancetta which was my choice to a very large frying pan along with 2 extra diced garlic cloves as we love garlic, drizzled the olive oil into the cooked pasta...

Hence the wording...Lemon with chicken! Not chicken with a wedge of lemon.

You could use a 1/2 teaspoon of Chipotle powder on the chicken to give it that authentic taste if you can't find chipotle peppers. The spice is sold on line or in some stores as an option too.

Quinoa is the easiest food to cook. Liquids are 2 cups per 1 cup of quinoa and you bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer for 15 to 20 minutes and never remove the lid the same way you cook rice.

As a result of you not using beef or veal stock and using a bouillon base you shouldn't have rated this until you redeemed yourself by trying again using the correct ingredients listed in this recipe.

If you follow the instructions you will have and eat the most delicious macaroons.
I added one Hershey's kiss to the top of each macaroon and put them back in the oven to set for 2 minutes and removed to cool.
OMG...My family took one look at these and devoured them in a matter of minutes. Yum!!!

I followed this recipe to a T. We ordered fresh pecans that were unsalted from Georgia. Sooo....I added 2-1/4 teaspoons of Kosher salt and organic garlic granules instead of garlic salt as that's what we use in our home, along with all the other organic spices mentioned in this recipe.
Came out amazing! We are, all about intense flavors of...

Refreshing and delicious!
I made this salad but added 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, instead of 1/12 TBS., and 1 extra Jalapeño and placed the salad on a bed of arugula, instead of watercress as that's what we prefer. I also grilled my own recipe of cilantro, lime jumbo shrimp skewers to serve along side. Superb!!"

I love the sauce and made a couple of changes in the recipe. Came out amazing:
I used 1 LB. of Super Lump Crab Meat, Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined, chives and cantaloupe. First I cooked my shrimp in 3/4 cup of water, 3/4 cup of vinegar and 3 heaping tablespoons of Old Bay brought it to a boil and cooked the shrimp for 1-1/2 minutes. Drained...

This carrot cake is delicious! I use all organic ingredients and the only thing I do differently, is I substiute the oil with organic unsweetened apple sauce. It results in a very moist cake without the calories of the oil. I'm just making this again for a party at a friends house for 12/23/12 and it was requested from people who have previously t"
