Quinoa is the easiest food to cook. Liquids are 2 cups per 1 cup of quinoa and you bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer for 15 to 20 minutes and never remove the lid the same way you cook rice.

If you follow the instructions you will have and eat the most delicious macaroons.
I added one Hershey's kiss to the top of each macaroon and put them back in the oven to set for 2 minutes and removed to cool.
OMG...My family took one look at these and devoured them in a matter of minutes. Yum!!!

I followed this recipe to a T. We ordered fresh pecans that were unsalted from Georgia. Sooo....I added 2-1/4 teaspoons of Kosher salt and organic garlic granules instead of garlic salt as that's what we use in our home, along with all the other organic spices mentioned in this recipe.

Refreshing and delicious!
I made this salad but added 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, instead of 1/12 TBS., and 1 extra Jalapeño and placed the salad on a bed of arugula, instead of watercress as that's what we prefer. I also grilled my own recipe of cilantro, lime jumbo shrimp skewers to serve along side. Superb!!"

I love the sauce and made a couple of changes in the recipe. Came out amazing:
