There should be more than 5 stars....This was utterly amazing and plated absolutely gorgeously! I used the flash-frozen B/S chicken breasts ($5.99/bag. Used a freshly sharpened knife to open a pocket in each and really overstuffed the arugular and jack in there. Grilled on low on the BBQ - the arugula was just-wilted and the chicken was a huge h"
