Reviewed Gina's Flourless Chocolate Cake
"Did anyone else have trouble with this recipe? Tonnes of butter was leaking out of the bottom of my springform pan during baking, making a huge mess. It was also very runny in the middle after 50 minutes and it had to stay in the ovne for at least another 20 minutes. In retrospect, 2 sticks of butter seems like an awful lot of butter. Most other flourless chocolate cakes use one stick. I will try another one next time...Pity I wasted my good chocolate...
Reviewed Sour Cream Coffee Cake
"This is a very good cake. Watch the time becuase it can dry out. There is a differece between the online recipe and the one in Ina's book. A typo perhaps? In the book the Streusel has THREE QUARTERS of a CUP OF BROWN SUGAR as opposed to the quarter cup that is on the online recipe. For those who think the cake needs to be a bit sweeter - add the extra half cup of sugar!
