"zomg...best gravy ever for thanksgiving, would have prefered a larger portioning as i ran out for my family. I used the FULL recipie with cream, hennessy cognac and sweet white wine along with the defatted turkey drippings. 7 stars. This recipe is going to my kids and grandkids. /major kisses
