Reviewed Garlic Spaghetti

I was concerned that my sauce would be bitter because my garlic was brown to the point of crispy looking. I used a small pot as recommended, so the garlic did not dry out. All I can say is "YUM". I did not have any basil or cheese but was dying to make it after watching the episode this morning. I can only imagine it will taste that much better w/"

This rating is from my 11 yo daughter who gives it a 4.5 star. It probably would have been a 5 had we any flax seed oil. We didn't and we couldn't get the marshmallows to melt all the way. No problem; it still bound the puffs together with clumps of marshmallow. She is not a big fan of dried fruit but we found cranberries infused with Pomegranate...
