LOVED THIS! Hubby doesn't like bleu cheese, so I used parmesan, as suggested in a couple other posts. Also added finely diced celery to onion/shroom/garlic mixture. Replced tomato sauce with a ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, worcestershire and horseradish mixture for the topping. Mmm Mmm Good! Will TOTALLY Be making this again! And the leftovers...

LOVED IT!! Just follow the directions exactly, and you'll be good to go! My family isn't big on white wine...but I'm a sucker for a good dirty martini, so I always have vermouth in my house.
