Like the other reviews I liked the simplicity of the dish. I thought the flavors blended nicely together. It is perfect for a week night meal when you need something quick and easy. I think next time I may try a dry rub before adding the glaze just to give it an extra kick. I will definitely make this again!

I made the soup the night before and added the rice, cilantro and lime the next day. I thought the recipe lacked some flavor, so I added more cumin, chilli powder and some other seasonings. Like other people, I added a can of corn. I have to admit, I was a little disappointed once I added the rice. Overall I thought the it was OK but just not one...

I agree with the other reviews. This recipe was very tasty and easy to make. I did not have any white wine vinegar, so I just used some wine that I had on hand. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make it again!

This was the first recipe I have tried and I thought it was awesome! Like mamananny, I had to wing it a bit also. The store had no sea bass so I used tilapia. I also added some shrimp because my boyfriend isn't the biggest fan of fish. I also added some red pepper flakes. Overall it was great and I will make it again!
