Reviewed Buffalo Chicken Cheese Balls

"Easy and delicious! Rolling the chicken into balls was messy because it didn't stick together, but once I put it in flour it adhered better. This was the first time cooking with panko, and it is very similar to regular bread crumbs. I used just the breast of the chicken and hot sauce packets lying around. Also, I didn't have any scallions, but they still turned out great. Too bad I didn't have any cheese to make the dip - next time. Over all, it takes some time, but we were pleased with these bites!
