Reviewed grilled lamb chops

WIN. Instead of putting salt straight into the marinade, I salted the lamb itself first so I can clearly judge how much I've put on. I marinated a rack of lamb (8 chops) over night. I cut the chops and timed it exactly as per instructions on a cast iron skillet. Perfectly medium! So flavorful. Definite win.

I read reviews before hand and doubled the sauce recipe. Doubling the recipe meant using 1 full cup of olive oil and I thought that was WAY too much oil, but I tried it out any way.
