Reviewed Tex Mex Chicken Taco Soup
"A total keeper! My whole family loves this soup! It's easy to make, freezes well (lunch-size portions)and I often have the ingredients o hand and can make it unplanned. I do skip the hominy because I don't think it's needed and usually don't use the cream cheese to make it healthier.
