Reviewed Alton Brown's Molasses-and-Coffee Pork Chops
"I tried this recipe and I had everything needed (though I only had a 1/4 cup molasses) and i was afraid that my husband would not like it. It was strong. Well after the 3 hour soak and then cooking down the sauce, He and I were absolutely amazed at how awesome this recipe was. I am making it again today and also giving some to a friend who want to try. I have to say this is the absolute best pork marinade/sauce I have ever tasted. "

Love to cook and read. My favorite chef's are Alton, Emeril and Rachel. That is not to say that I do not watch the others or enjoy their recipes.
