Reviewed Zucchini Bread

"After receiving a bunch of fresh zucchini from a coworker last week, i found this recipe and followed it as is. It turned out great. I made it again today and cut back to 2 1/2 cups sugar and added 1 tsp vanilla extract. My family couldn't tell the difference. It was excellent both times. Can't stop munching on this bread!"

"i started to make these earlier today and let the dough rise twice as long as called for in recipe so that my dough filled the bowl like in the picture. it was more like 5 hours. i put them in the oven before dinner and they came out beautiful. they are more dense in the middle than i expected but we ate them all up nonetheless! i think one roll i""

"i started to make these earlier today and let the dough rise twice as long as called for in recipe so that my dough filled the bowl like in the picture. it was more like 5 hours. i put them in the oven before dinner and they came out beautiful. they are more dense in the middle than i expected but we ate them all up nonetheless! i think one roll is enough for one person. yummy. successful trial before thanksgiving. such an easy recipe. fyi - my yeast didn't get all frothy either but i still followed the recipe and had good rise and my roll slices were pretty big and beautiful.
