I wish I had read the other reviews before I made this. Common sense told me it would be too salty...but then, Ina said 2 teasp. This recipe is too big a gamble...sugar easily burned and you don't know it until you've added the heavy cream. Wasted time and wasted ingredients. I won't do this again.
