I loved the flavor of this dish, however think I left it in the oven a bit too long (it was not creamy at all). Other mac and cheese dishes baked for just a few moments to crisp the top, so I will try this next time. I also omitted the tomatoes (because I'm not a fan of them cooked this way), and sprinkled panko instead of regular bread crumbs....
