"Made these for lunch during our snowy Nebraska day today. These were WONDERFUL!! Made the lime cilantro rice as well and it was YUMMY!! This was the first episode of PW that I ever watched (last year) and fell in love with the show. Still have yet to make the Marshmallow crispy treats. :-)"

I have been cooking for over thirty years (I am 44) and love it! I think that there is no better way to let someone know that you love then cooking for them. I love entertaing and making treats for my friends and family.
I am actually back to school to study Hospitality Management with an emphisis on Event Planning.
I am a HUGE sports nut and love almost all sports especially football and baseball.
Besides cooking I love to read, dance, go to movies, sing and write to our brave men and women of the Armed Forces. I also love sending them yummy treats.
I have a twelve year old daughter and a black cat.
