Reviewed Grilled Braised Leeks
"Delicious! Used 4 pieces of bacon, one for each leek, pan cooked bacon just enough to release the drippings, and then wrapped the semi-cooked bacon around the leeks when the two halves were combined after grill marks appeared. Encased leeks and bacon in foil and grilled for 7 more minutes on medium heat on the bottom grill rack to finish both leeks and bacon.
