Reviewed Greek Shrimp and Couscous

"This recipe was super easy to follow and took very little time and ingredients. The end result was good, but needed some improvement in my opinion. I'm planning on cooking this again soon, but with some alterations. I will most likely use 1 can of diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions, but add some tomato sauce as well to give it more of a sauce. I will also tweak the seasonings a bit more and use pasta instead of couscous (even though I really like couscous and it's easier).

This makes for a great starter recipe. Once it's tweaked the way I want, I'm looking to make it a regular meal. :)"

Reviewed Root Beer Float Sundae

"I made this for my husband. It turned out wonderfully! It took about 1 1/2 hours to reduce to a syrup consistency. I knew it was there when I took the spoon out after stirring and the residual liquid began to form a syrup on the spoon.

I used the exact measurements from the recipe, but made whipped cream from whipping cream. I also was not able to find root beer hard candies, but I found root beer jelly beans. I added two on top with the cherry. So cute!

The syrup almost became candy when mixed with the ice cream. I will definitely take the time to do this again!"
