"Fantastic! Very easy and EXTREMELY tasty! I add fresh cilantro, ground cumin and roasted poblano chilies to mine. I use 1 T of sun-dried tomato paste with the juice of the tomatoes and find it to be perfect balance. A total hit at my house! "
