“These cakes are delicious and look impressive, but are so easy to put together!
I made mine with regular sugar instead of superfine sugar and it didn't seem to matter. I also stored them overnight in the refrigerator - the cakes still came out of the ramekins beautifully, though they were maybe more dense than if I had not chilled them."”
