Excellent! It was a huge hit at my NYE gathering. I used petite diced tomatoes with jalape���os and prepared the tomato mixture the night before. Will definitely make again - thanks Giada!

Good, but a little plain without the cheese. Next time I'd consider adding sherry or Worcestershire sauce. I like the suggestion from another review to add cinnamon, too. It was easy to make, especially with an immersion blender.

Excellent! My husband loved them. I used oregano instead of the parsley since I'm not a fan of parsley. I also made them regular sized meatballs instead of mini, so the cook time was a bit longer. I used store-bought sauce, rather than the recipe here. Will make these again!"
