"I made this for breakfast at a family gathering. I never use frozen potatoes when the fresh ones are so easy and inexpensive; I can't see why anyone would. But made with the fresh potatoes and all the rest of Ree's ingredients and techniques, it was really great! Everyone enjoyed it, from old and cranky to young and whiny, and all the teenage"
