Reviewed Crawfish Fettuccini

"Paula, I wished you were my mama. My daughter calls you grandma. lol. This was awesome. I had a friend over who said she didn't like crawfish. Hmm well she ate a whole plate and took some for her lunch tomorrow. Now I'm gonna get off into trying that crab pot pie. This was gourmet in no time at all. Thank you. By the way saw Dr. oz today. Reviewed Herb-Crusted Pork Loin

"Well, I'm not sure how to rate this recipe. I made it last night and did not like it at all. The cilantro so over powered the entire dish I couldn't eat it but to my amazement my family liked it and ate. Because food is so expensive now days I never just throw it out and I try to find some way to incorporate it possibly into another dish. So since"

Reviewed Pulled Pork Sandwich

"I started out with what I thought was a pork butt was actually pork for carnitas. So instead of getting wierded out, I continued the whole cooking process of the marinade. The meat was already cut in chunks so I new the roaster wouldn't work. So I did the marinade as directed. I chose to put it in the crock pot with a tiny bit of beef stock and it"

Reviewed Spinach and Hot Ham Fake-Baked Pasta with a Crispy Top

"I was looking for a recipe to clean out the fridge. I came across this one on FN. I had left over Easter ham. Mushrooms that I had to use before going bad and a bag of fresh spinach that I had gotten free at the grocery with one of those food meal deals. I tweaked the recipe a little to fit the ingredients I had on hand. It turned out awesome. My "

Reviewed Asparagus with Creamy Mustard Sauce

"This was an awesome recipe. I had never actually even cooked asparagus much less prepare one that looked and tasted great. All my family for Easter dinner was so impressed. It actually nearly out shined the ham. There was definitely no leftovers and will be on my table a lot more in the future. Those toasted almonds were amazing. Thanks Paula. My "

I had never been a fan of plain buttered noodles but these were so good. I added a little granulated garlic and a little Italian seasoning and I could have just eaten them by themselves. My son ate all the leftover noodles the next day cold, right out of the fridge. The chicken was delicious but next time I'll cut the mustard in half just for my own preference. It was terrific. Thanks Melissa. For those who said they spent more than 10 bucks, well I can only say they don't know how to shop. "
